Brother from Hell: How Teenager Raped His Own Younger Brother and Sister Inside Their Home

A boy is being made to pay for his criminal act after he let his perverted instincts get the better of him by leading him to r*pe his own sister.

A teenager has been jailed for four years after being found guilty of grievous crimes.

The young man was found out to have r*ped his younger brother and sister when he was just 14 years old.

According to Metro UK, the boy, who cannot be named, repeatedly attacked his siblings and his family has now been torn apart by the attacks.

His father begged Teesside Crown Court not to jail him saying ‘he’s been punished enough – we all have’.

He told the court: ‘This whole situation has been nothing short of a living nightmare.’

Details of the abuse emerged in March last year, and the boy was convicted after an emotional trial in October.
Judge Morris ordered a psychiatric report because he felt the teenager was ‘cold’ and‘the shutters were down’.

But doctors could find no mental problems with the boy.

Judge Morris told him: ‘It seems it was just the sheer enormity of the shame you felt for your actions.

‘You were 14 or 15, from a good family who had been taught right from wrong, and you knew what you were doing was wrong.

‘Whether it was so shameful you couldn’t bring yourself to speak about it, you should have had the courage to admit it.’

Since being found guilty of a string of charges six weeks ago, the teenager has confessed to a probation officer.
Paul Newcombe, defending, said: ‘For a young man to tell his own father, his own mother, what he has done – to look them in the eye and have that same conversation – was for him, at the time, nothing short of impossible.

‘He was filled with shame and embarrassment and could not or would not face up to what he had done.’

The boy was convicted of three rapes, engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child, s*xual touching and two counts of sexual assault.
His father said in his statement that the teenager wanted to confess at an early stage and the trial would have been unnecessary, but Mr Newcombe insisted he had been properly advised throughout.

He said: ‘His dad, in the trial, presented as a decent man trapped in a nightmare. Nothing in his victim personal statement would make me change my mind about that.
‘Had [the boy] at any point confessed it to his legal team, there would never have been a trial.

‘Although the legal system may seem cold and unemotional, and ill-equipped to deal with youths, can I assure his dad, he has been looked after.’

The father told in his statement how he and his wife still love the teenager, and are struggling to come to terms with what he has done to their other children.

He sobbed uncontrollably in the public gallery as it was read out by prosecutor Joanne Kidd, while his son wept just feet away in the dock.

‘We do not think a custodial sentence will help him, and we want him to get all the help he needs,’the statement read.

‘We hope this with all of our hearts. Our family has been punished enough, and [the boy] has been punished enough.

‘His punishment will never end. Our punishment will never end. How much more punishment can our family take?’
