Chelsea Goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga defied manager Maurizio Sarri as he refused to come off in the Carabao Cup final.

He got injured deep into extra-time and Sarri called Caballero off the bench to come on for the impending penalty shootout.

MySportDab reports Kepa gestured to the bench that he was okay to continue but Sarri wanted to make the change anyway.

However, he refused to come off in stunning scenes that were aired live and his manager was left seething on the touchline.

Sarri had to be restrained by Antonio Rudiger before walking off in despair but returned to the dugout looking angry before watching his side lose 4-3 to Manchester City in the shootout.
