I never paid so much attention to shoes until last year. Before then, I felt like once I looked good from my neck to my ankles, then my feet didn’t matter much. Things have changed now and I’m so keen on footwears.

I spotted the Tom Ford Ankle Strap Padlock Pumps first ontheLisa Folawiyo’s Instagram and after 30 minutes of research, ( I always research on Lisa’s pieces), I found out that they had been in vogue for a while.

The shoes have been spotted on red carpets, stage performances, street style on some of the most amazing fashion icons you could think off.

The shoe which was part of the Tom Ford Fall/Winter 2012 collection retails for between £1,150 – £1,500. A lump sum of money for some of us but certainly worth it!
