Robinho agrees to joined former Manchester City forward Emmanuel Adebayor at Turkish Super Lig leaders Istanbul Basaksehir as the club have announced.The 34-year-old Brazilian forward who broke the British transfer record when joining Premier League Champions from Real Madrid for £32.5m in 2008 Robinho moves to the Istanbul club from another Turkish side, Sivasspor, for whom the former La Liga man hit 12 goals in 30 league games since his January 2018 from Atlético Mineiro. Two-time FIFA Confederations Cup winner will join former club team-mate Emmanuel Adebayor at Basaksehir, plus Gael Clichy and ex-Atletico Madrid and Barcelona midfielder Arda Turan at the club.
Robinho capped 100 times by Brazil, began his career with Santos before spells with Real Madrid, Manchester City and AC Milan, Guangzhou Evergrande and returning to his home country to join Atletico Mineiro.
