Chidimma Ekile, the popular Nigerian musician, has opened up, revealing why she stopped singing secular music.

Chidinma, who shot into the limelight after winning Project Fame in 2010, said she felt empty.

In a YouTube video she posted on Wednesday, the ‘Kedike’ crooner said the emptiness made her reconnect with her source (God).

“I was looking for my fulfilment but I didn’t find it until I reconnected with my source,” she added.
