The Police also recovered from the suspects one (1) pump action gun, two (2) double barrel guns, cut-to-size, one (1) battle axe and three (3) live cartridges.

Two suspected armed robbers have been arrested from their criminal hideouts by the Oghara Police Division in Oghara, Ethiope-West Local Government Area of Delta State.

The Police also recovered from the suspects one (1) pump action gun, two (2) double barrel guns, cut-to-size, one (1) battle axe and three (3) live cartridges.

The suspects, Edafe Ajari(29) and Wallis Louis(24), hail from Otefe-Oghara Community, DAILY POST can report.

They were arrested by a team of Policemen drawn from the Oghara Police Division and the State Investigation Bureau, SIB during an operation.

The Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe confirmed the report in a statement signed and made available to newsmen.

According to him, “Investigation is ongoing.”
