Second Niger Bridge Julius Berger Made Provision For Train Tunnel

Construction giant Julius Berger made provision for train tunnel under the second Niger bridge for future use, I’m 6.1 ft and the tunnel still far from my head and on top of the bridge it can be adjusted to give way for rail line
