A Nigerian man has taken to Twitter to lament after residents in Aba, Abia state, filled up a refuse dump on a major road, hours after it cleared.

Recall that last week, the newly inaugurated governor of the state, Alex Otti, supervised the cleanup exercise for Aba and Umuahia.

In a video shared online, the  man who witnessed when it was cleared, wrote;

‘’This REFUSE DUMP was cleared yesterday Sunday…

When I say cleared I mean totally cleared..

Just today Monday my fellow  “Aba people” have done what they’re known for,later they’ll blame Dr Alex Otti OFR for not clearing it”
