Use Roll-on, Wash Your Armpits – Fitness Enthusiast, Kemen, Writes People Who Choose Not To Shower Before Going To The Gym

Fitness entrepreneur Kemen Ekerette has appealed to people who do not like taking their showers before going to the gym to atleast clean up some parts of their bodies.

In an open letter shared on his page, the former reality star asked them to endeavour to wash their armpits and beneath their “beautiful“ before heading to the gym. 

He appealed to those in this category to ensure they use perfumes or deodorants so as to make the world a ‘’safer place” for everyone.
