Nigerian reggae-dancehall musician Patoranking has released a new song called “Babylon” featuring Victony. The song is a dancehall anthem about escaping the rat race and living a more carefree life.
The song begins with Patoranking singing about the hustle and bustle of city life. He sings about how he’s always running and never seems to catch a break. But then he meets Victony, who tells him that there’s a better way to live.
Victony sings about how he’s found peace and happiness by leaving the city behind and living a simpler life. He encourages Patoranking to do the same, and the two of them sing about how they’re going to “run away to Babylon” together.
