“Drug peddlers have approached me to join them” – Okey Bakassi(video)

Okey Bakassi has shared his experiences of being approached by drug traffickers in both Nigeria and abroad, urging him to participate in their illicit activities and transport drugs across various borders.

He revealed that he faced numerous temptations from various individuals when he moved to Lagos State as an up-and-coming comedian. He discussed these encounters during his interview on Channels TV this morning, which took place on September 30th.

he said:

‘When I arrived in Lagos as a young man, I faced various temptations from a wide range of individuals, including fraudsters and drug dealers. I was approached both in Nigeria and overseas by drug dealers. In the entertainment industry, you often encounter approaches to get involved in drug trafficking. They would start by lavishing you with gifts and then engage you in a conversation about business. They would also mention other individuals who are engaged in this illegal activity and making substantial profits.’
