Is this new style? Lady used her underwear to strain water from pasta(video)

A video making rounds shows a lady giving tutorials on how to use your underwear(pant) to strain water from food. She pulled the pant she was wearing to show this. People reacted to the video with someone saying “this is why you do not eat in everyone’s home!!!”
