“The sacrifice that changed my life” – Nigerian lady rewards her father years after he sold his car to send her to America

A Nigerian lady, identified as Favour Grace, has publicly expressed her gratitude to her father for the sacrifices he made by selling his car to sponsor her education in America.

Favour Grace took to social media to share her story, revealing that her father had sold his car to fund her journey to study in the United States. 

The young lady, who is presently a nurse in the United States and currently based in Atlanta, reflected on the significant role her father played in shaping her life and career.

In her post on Twitter, Favour announced her plans to gift her father a Lexus as a token of appreciation for the pivotal role her father played in her success.

She expressed her gratitude to her “support system,” giving a special mention to someone named Oluwaseun, presumably her partner, who contributed to making this gesture possible.

In her words;

“My Dad sold his car, use some of the money to send me to America. Tomorrow i am giving him a Lexus. All thanks to my support system🥹…Oluwaseun 🤲🏾”

The post quickly garnered a wave of attention, with netizens flooding the comments section to congratulate Favour on her achievements and commend her for honouring her father in such a touching manner.
