Nigerian man tells fellow gender to send N150k to a prospective partner and observe how she spends the money as a criterion for starting a relationship.

According to him, this should be done as test of the woman’s financial responsibility and accountability and by doing so, one can now decide whether to leave or stay in the relationship after getting results.
