Peggy Ovire reacts after troll said she forced Freddie Leonard to marry her

Actress Peggy Ovire sparked a firestorm with her response to a troll who claims she forced her husband Freddie Leonard to marry her.

A few days ago, the notorious gossip blogger Cutie Juls erupted on social media with its explosive analysis of Peggy and Freddie’s alleged shade-throwing behaviors on Instagram.

Cutie Julls  wrote:

These 2 have been kinda throwing shades at each other..”

The post sparked a wildfire of comments, with some openly speculating about the possibility of a full-fledged feud between Nollywood’s power couple, not just hinting at it.

Peggy was drawn to a specific comment made by a troll identified as @Adanma_nora on Instagram, whereby she expressed her lack of astonishment.

She claimed that Peggy had forced Freddie into marrying her, as Freddie never seemed willing to do so.

The person on Instagram wrote:

“Who doesn’t know that when a man is being forced into something, e no dey last….”

In a swift response to the trolling comment, Peggy Ovire shared the comment on her Instagram story and replied by saying;

“This got me laughing hard, Peggy! Beauty, brain, & her own bag. Forced my husband to marry me, You don’t know me oh, full urhobo girl, stop the hate. I’m always in my quiet lane, It’s not my fault that your father didn’t teach you how to place value on yourself, I know you still have a crush on him, No vex na, but tearing your fellow woman on socials, is you undermining the power of a quiet woman.”
