Boniface trends after unexpected reaction to Lookman’s Europa win

A star striker for the Super Eagles Victor Boniface, has gone viral over his response to the performance of his colleague Ademola Lookman in the Europa League final.

Victor Boniface sparked reactions with his response when a reporter brought up his teammate’s outstanding performance for Alatanta in the Europa League final.

Recall how Lookman defeated Boniface’s Leverkusen in the Europa League final with a hat-trick.

In an interview with Football Fan’s Tribe, Boniface was questioned about whether or not he felt conflicted after losing to Lookman’s team, “his brother’s,” in the Europa League final.

“Which one is my brother”, Boniface asked in response.

“For we, it doesn’t matter who scored us or anything. It was like an important game, to complete the treble. It’s part of the game, and we lost to Atalanta; they were a really good side.”
