Women seen publicly without bra or pants to be arrested in Anambra – Soludo’s security outfit announces (video)

A security outfit in Anambra has announced that they will begin arresting women seen publicly without bra or panties. 

The announcement was made publicly by a man with a loud speaker. 

In the video shared online, the announcer explained that the order is from the state governor, Chukwuma Soludo. 

He added that women seen publicly wearing just panties will also be arrested. 

The video has sparked mixed reactions.
