The Nigeria Army has come out to state that it is not corrupt via a tweet in which they advised the Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose to stop politicizing the Military.

The Nigeria Army also advised him to seek other avenues for relevance.

They tweeted:

Gov Ayodele Fayose should stop politicizing the military&military OPs, seek other avenues for your relevance. The Army today is not corrupt.
