Under the Nigerian criminal code, ejaculating in a partner without her permission has been held to be rape – Stan Alieke educates Nigerians

Abuja-based lawyer, Stan Alieke, has taken to social media to educate Nigerians about non-consensual sex. 

In his post, Stan stated that under the Nigerian criminal code, ejaculating with a partner without her permission has been held to be rape. He also pointed out that under the law, a man cannot claim to have been raped by a woman. He stated that the law only recognizes a woman being raped by a man. Read his post below
