”Are cattle rearers and pastors not equal citizens?”- Gideon Okeke asks why cattle rearers can move about with arms but pastors can’t

Actor Gideon Okeke has questioned the rationale behind cattle herders being allowed to carry arms such as matchetes and cutlasses while there was an uproar when a man of God carried an item that appeared to be a gun.

In a post he shared on his Instagram page, Gideon asked if pastors and the cattle rearers are not equal citizens. 

He posed the question in the wake of the controversial video of Lagos cleric, Pastor Paul Adefarasin, who was accused of brandishing a weapon before a content creator who was filming his vehicle on the streets of Lagos.
