A young man collapsed early this morning following a planned protest/sit-out in Abuja today for president Muhammadu Buhari’s resignation over his long absence. According to reports, police officers and other security operatives stormed the venue to drive away and arrest the protesters (the security operatives were also alleged to have shot at them). In the course of the action, this young man collapsed and was revived by other people around.

Meanwhile, yesterday, self-acclaimed area father, Charly Boy, and members of #OurMumuDonDo movement staged a protest at the entrance of the presidential villa, Abuja, calling for the resignation or immediate return of President Muhammadu Buhari, who has been in the United Kingdom for a medical checkup for over 90 days.
