According to insider reports shared by entertainment blogger Cutie Juls, the petition has led to Iyabo Ojo being summoned by police in Abuja, stirring fresh drama in the ongoing quest for justice surrounding the late singer Mohbad.

Naira Marley’s legal team reportedly accused Iyabo Ojo of:

Defamation

Spreading misinformation

Allegedly exonerating Naira Marley from any wrongdoing in Mohbad’s controversial death
Cutie Juls further alleged that fake social media accounts, reportedly linked to Marley’s camp, spread false claims that Iyabo Ojo apologized and cleared his name—an accusation Ojo has not publicly responded to.

This legal development comes shortly after Mohbad’s father, Joseph Aloba, was also reported to have filed a lawsuit against Naira Marley, claiming the singer reneged on a ₦30 million promise.
