A man was nabbed by a passerby while allegedly trying to rape a six-year-old girl in an uncompleted building around Kasoleri area, close to Agbala Itura, Ikorodu, Lagos. According to reports, the man who lived in the area before planned to carry out the nefarious act while visiting a former neighbour in the area.
