Trump tells European leaders their countries are ‘going to hell’ over immigration

President Donald Trump has lashed out at European leaders, saying their countries are “being destroyed” by uncontrolled immigration.

Speaking at the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday, Trump accused Europe of allowing an “invasion” of illegal migrants, warning: “Your countries are going to hell.”

According to The Telegraph, he slammed what he called the “failed experiment of open borders” and claimed Europe was in “serious trouble” because of both immigration and green energy policies.

Trump praised his own administration’s immigration crackdown at the US-Mexico border, saying Europe must act just as “strongly and immediately” before it is too late.

“I love Europe, I love the people of Europe,” he said, “but they must stop this unmitigated immigration disaster and fake energy catastrophe before it’s too late.”
