A Catholic priest has reacted to the confrontation between a viral Naval officer and FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike,  highlighting the significance of the incident.

It’s worth noting that a viral video surfaced, capturing a heated confrontation between Nyesom Wike and the naval officer, Lieutenant Yerima Nwamama.

In his Facebook post, Catholic priest Father Mentor Ehio commended the naval officer for his courage and boldness during the confrontation.

According to him, the incident has shown there are individuals willing to promote civility, despite the actions of a few wealthy individuals.

Meanwhile, a legal practitioner has reacted to the viral altercation between FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike and the viral Naval officer, Lieutenant Yarima.

In a lengthy Facebook post, lawyer First Baba Isa expressed disappointment in Wike over how he approached the naval officer.

According to him, the officer is not a hero, stating that naval officers don’t achieve hero status by guarding luxury properties of their former bosses..
