More disturbing Instagram posts from Paystack co-founder Ezra Olubi surfaces

More disturbing Instagram posts attributed to suspended Paystack co-founder Ezra Olubi have surfaced online, intensifying public scrutiny following his recent suspension by the company.

The newly circulated posts, shared from an account that bears his name, include multiple photos of cats accompanied by captions that many social media users are describing as inappropriate and unsettling. One image shows a cat lying on the ground with a caption referencing a rash “on his butt.” Another post features a cat photographed mid-meow with the caption “My favourite. Right in the middle of a meow.”

A different post displays a keyboard screenshot in which the typed sentence appears to reference a “teenager,” while predictive text suggests the word “masturbating.” The caption on that post reads, “Nice try, SwiftKey. Nice try. #somemindreadingshit.”

Another image shows a close-up of a cat sleeping with its face buried in its fur, captioned, “see no evil.” A separate viral post displays two cats entangled on the floor with the caption, “My gay cats.”

One of the most widely circulated posts shows a person lying shirtless in bed with a cat curled close to their chest. The caption on that post reads, “Yup, this is how I wake up on a daily basis. Me and my boyfriend. #cats.”

Another resurfaced image shows the same individual posing indoors with the caption, “Le me…wanking,” dated May 31, 2012.

These Instagram posts are now being referenced alongside previously resurfaced tweets as part of the broader controversy that prompted Paystack’s action. The company announced that the co-founder had been suspended from duties pending a formal investigation into allegations circulating online, adding that it would not comment further until the process is completed.
