2026 Grammy Awards; “You be bad luck”- Peller calls out Carter Efe over Davido’s loss

Nigerian TikToker and livestreamer, Peller, has been left heartbroken after Davido’s loss to Tyla at the 2026 Grammy Awards.

‎Notably, the 2026 Grammy Award was hosted by Trevor Noah at the Arena in Los Angeles.

Tyla, the South African singer, took home Best African Music Performance at the 2026 Grammy Awards for ‘Push 2 Start’, beating out top Nigerian artists Burna Boy, Davido, and Ayra Starr.

Some of the major winners included Kendrick Lamar, who took home multiple awards, including Best Rap Album for ‘GNX’and Record of the Year for ‘Luther’ with SZA.

Peller Calls Out Carter Efe

In a now-viral video, Peller, who recently quit university, was devastated over Davido’s loss to Tyla at the Grammy Awards, calling Carter Efe a ‘bad luck’.

‎”You be bad luck, God go punish you .Must yoh bet?”, He firmly stated.

‎Earlier, Carter Efe made a bold declaration about Davido emerging victorious at the Grammy awards.

‎”I will bet everything I’ve got in this life if Davido doesn’t win Grammy, let my father die young,” He stated during a livestream.
