Lady calls on Lagos govt after landlord allegedly locks a tenant and his son inside apartment despite quit notice agreement

A lady has called the attention of the Lagos State Government following an incident involving a tenant and his child.

According to her, the landlord allegedly locked the tenant and his son inside the apartment yesterday, despite an earlier agreement that the family would vacate the property this Sunday after being served a quit notice.
