We are raising monsters in the South East without knowing it – Joe Igbokwe

APC Chieftain, Joe Igbokwe, says there seem to be a high level of moral decadence in the South East.

 In a post shared on Facebook, Igbokwe said the South East is currently raising “monsters” without noticing.

According to him, the young South Easterners have no “home training, no cultural competence or brian.” He mentioned that all they do is insult everyone online including the President.
