NYSC Corp member reacts after spotting man using NYSC outfit at building site

A serving member of the National Youth Service Corps has sparked reactions online after sharing his surprise at seeing a man wearing an NYSC uniform while working at a building site.

Reacting to the moment, the corp member joked that he struggled for years before finally getting the opportunity to wear the uniform, only to later see someone using it casually for construction work.
