Burna Boy’s team and his mother were full of praise after the Grammy-winning singer delivered a performance at the opening ceremony of the FIFA Club World Cup.

In a video shared online, members of his team could be heard cheering and celebrating the Afrobeats star moments after he left the stage.

His mother, Bose Ogulu, also joined in the celebration as they hailed Burna Boy for representing Nigeria and Africa on the global stage.

“OLOLYEEEEE. Highest of them all,” they repeatedly shouted while congratulating him on the performance.
