A notorious thief, who has been terrorizing some part of Akwa Ibom State, met his final destination yesterday Sunday 18th March, 2018, as he was caught in the afternoon, stealing and burnt to death.

A Facebook user identified as Tangseama Kenneth Etuk, who lives in the area, shared photos of the burnt thief and wrote;

“This notorious thief who has been terrorizing my area,breaking into peoples houses,raping their wives and daughters,beating the house owners mercilessly was caught this afternoon while breaking into someone’s house.The area boys pounced on him,beat him up n finally set him ablaze……May God have mercy on his soul”
