AD & Refund Policy

Please note we only provide clean and not misleading Ad that will provide unique user experience. Ads that may cause harm or contain malware will be removed from our platform if noticed.

Advertiser should note that Ads approved for placement can only be modified by our Admin. Modification of Ad by Advertiser without admin consent can result to takedown.

We do not provide refunds to Ads that goes against our policy. Ads will run according the stated policy of placement.

We provide refunds to rejected Ads before placement.

Approved Refund: In an applied refund, it will take seven to ten working days.

1. Ad Delivery and Placement

• 9jaflaver reserves the right to reject, cancel, or remove any advertisement that is deemed unsuitable, offensive, or contrary to the brand’s values.
• Positioning of advertisements is at the sole discretion of 9jaflaver unless a specific premium placement is agreed upon in writing.

2. Prohibited Deceptive Practices & Ad Integrity

• Strict Ad Format Compliance: Advertisers must deliver the exact ad format purchased. The use of deceptive delivery methods—including, but not limited to, cloaking, hidden redirects, or the unauthorized embedding of ‘Click-Under’ or ‘Pop-Under’ scripts within standard Banner Ad placements is strictly prohibited.
• Immediate Termination: If an Advertiser is found to be using prohibited tactics, 9jaflaver will immediately terminate the campaign and ban the Advertiser from the platform.
• Non-Refundable Clause: In the event of a violation of this section, any prepayments or remaining balances shall be deemed non-refundable as liquidated damages for the breach of contract and damage to the site’s reputation.

3. Unauthorized Traffic Penalties

• Penalty Invoicing: If an Advertiser deploys unauthorized ad formats (such as hidden Click-Unders), 9jaflaver will generate a Penalty Invoice.
• Calculation: This invoice will be calculated based on the estimated Fair Market Value (FMV) of the total traffic/impressions delivered through the unauthorized script.
• Liability: The Advertiser agrees to be legally liable for this amount, and payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.

4. Payments and Billing

• All advertisements must be paid for in full prior to the launch of the campaign, unless otherwise agreed upon in a written credit arrangement.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Failure to pay for authorized or penalty invoices within the stipulated timeframe will result in the suspension of all current and future services.

5. Content Representations and Warranties

• The Advertiser represents that they have the legal right to use all content, logos, and trademarks provided in the advertisement.
• The Advertiser warrants that the advertisement does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, nor does it contain any malware, viruses, or harmful code.

6. Limitation of Liability

• 9jaflaver provides its services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee a specific number of clicks, conversions, or sales.
• 9jaflaver shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit) resulting from the display or failure to display an advertisement.

7. Indemnification

The Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 9jaflaver, its employees, and affiliates against any claims, losses, or legal expenses arising from the content of the Advertiser’s ads or any breach of these terms.

8. Amendments

9jaflaver reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our advertising services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
