The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, said there is no planned activity before 6pm when the National Collation Centre will open officially in Abuja.
The commission said it has a fluid situation and will respond to issues that may arise if need be.
The electoral umpire had on Saturday said it will resume activities at the National Collation Centre at 10am earlier today.
