Banker bags 39 years Jail term for stealing N30m from a deceased customer’s account (See Photos)

Justice Oluwatoyin Ipaye of the Lagos State High Court today, June 9, sentenced Olawale Garuba (pictured) to 39 Years imprisonment for stealing from the dead. The convict who was a banker working with a new generation bank, was arraigned alongside six others in July 2015 for conspiring among themselves to steal over N30million from the bank account of a deceased customer.
