Only in Lagos! LASTMA Tows Lag Bus Filled With 48 Passengers to Their Oshodi Office (See Photos)

Officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority towed a Lag Bus filled with 48 passengers from Berger to Oshodi. He alleges that it was because the driver allowed a passenger to drop at Berger. When the officials seized the bus, they were not allowed to disembark until they got to Oshodi.
