Tottenham have booked their place in the Champions League final thanks to a Lucas Moura Hat-trick in the semi-final against Ajax, MySportDab reports.

There was ecstacy on the face of the Mauricio Pochettino, who dashed onto the pitch himself first when the ball went in, the second when the final whistle at last blew.

The second he was followed by the massed ranks of his coaching and back-room staff, the substitutes and observers, and lastly, a little less gingerlythan he perhaps should, Harry Kane.

The only difference was that three goals, outright, was enough. No extra time. No need to snatch a fourth.

When the final whistle blew, the Ajax players lay scattered around the Johan Cruyff Arena like a box of red and white matches.
