Commuters Are Paying Touts N100 To Carry Them On Their Backs Across The Flooded Road At Trade Fair Complex, Along Lagos- Badagry Express

Flood has wrecked havoc in some parts of Lagos.

According to reports, the situation under the bridge at Trade Fair Complex, along Lagos- Badagry Express, is so bad that some commuters now pay N100 to touts so as  to carry them on their backs across the flood.
