Unbelievable! Two Brothers Gang R*pe Innocent 12-year-old Girl in Delta

Two brothers are being made to answer for their crimes after they ganged up to r*pe a young girl in Delta State.

The two brothers identified as 33-year-old Amaechi Mogaha and 30-year-old Chukwuedo Mogaha r*ped a 12-year-old girl.

The two young men committed the act in Oshimili-South Local Government Area of Delta State.
According to Daily Post, the accused persons r*ped their unnamed victim on June 6 inside a classroom of a primary school in the area.
The two men have however been jailed for the evil act.

The Public Relations Officer, PRO, Delta State Ministry of Justice, Ivovi Aruoriwo, in a statement made available to newsmen said an Akwukwu-Igbo High Court in Delta State, presided over by Justice Marcel Okoh, found the two brothers guilty of the charges of conspiracy and rape.

The statement reads in part, “Chukwuedo, was sentenced to seven years’ imprisonment for the offence of conspiracy to commit rape, and 14 years with hard labour, for the substantive offence of rape.

“The second accused, Amaechi, was sentenced to seven years in jail for count one, while he was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment with hard labour for indecent assault.

“An Assistant Chief State Counsel from the State Ministry of Justice, A. P. Popo, told the court that the two randy brothers committed the offences inside the classroom of a primary school where they overpowered the innocent girl.
“The court held that the sentences were to run concurrently,”the PRO added.
