Cristiano Ronaldo drops a bombshell about his plan to retired from professional football next summer.

The 34-year-old Portugal skipper penned a lucrative four-year deal with Juventus last summer after nine years spells with Real Madrid where he enjoyed a superb debut season in Italy’s top-tier where he won the Serie A title and the Italian Super Cup.However, Ronaldo has refused to rule out hanging up his boots in 2020 despite admitting he is in the shape to continue performing at the highest level for plenty more years to come.

Former Sporting Lisbon star speaking to Portuguese channel TVI he said: “I don’t think about that. Maybe I can leave my career next year but I can also play up to 40 or 41.”I don’t know. What I always say is to enjoy the moment. The gift is excellent and I have to continue to enjoy it.”Ronaldo made 43 appearances across all competitions and scored an impressive 28 times and assisted ten times for Juventus
