Paris Saint-Germain has rejected Barcelona offer for Neymar, the Camp Not directors made a proposal of €190 million that would see Neymar return to Spain on loan basis, according to report in ESPN.

Barcelona aimed to pay an initial sum of €40m cash for the loan and pay the remainder of €150m next summer to sign the former Santos star from Paris Saint-Germain.It has been revealed that the Ligue 1 outfit will rebuff Barcelona offer for Neymar whenever it came through, and it seems that has been the case.The PSG owners are fed up with Neymar’s attitude and they are open to let the Brazilian attacker leave the club this summer but for the right offer, the Ligue 1 Champions are willing to recoup the €222m they spent to sign him from Barcelona two seasons ago.

The Qatari owners believe that Barcelona will not be able to finance the transfer fee in one deal next summer should they make the move permanent and would ask to pay in annual installments, which is not ideal for the French club.At the moment Barcelona is keen on investing in the attacking department of the team, with Ousmane Dembele ruled out for five weeks, Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez are also coming back from distinct calf injuries.It is obvious that Neymar wants to leave PSG for a Barcelona return but the Qatari owners want him to sign for Real Madrid.
