Kylie Jenner wows in see-through lace jumpsuit as she celebrates early 19th birthday

Kylie won’t turn 19 until August 11 but she kicked off early birthday celebration over the weekend. She looked gorgeous in a see-through black lace Balmain jumpsuit as she enjoyed dinner with her family at Nice Guy in West Hollywood on Sunday.
