Former Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Appropriations, Abdulmumin Jibrin, shared some new tweets alleging that Speaker Yakubu Dogara and others have fabricated a screenshot (s) of a fake WhatsApp chat, with the intention of blackmailing him and sending it out to the Media. Jibrin debunkeded the authencity of the screenshot(s) and made more allegations.
