James Ibori’s daughter shares open letter to him as he turns 58 today

Erhiatake Ibori who is a member of the Delta state House of Assembly, wrote a letter to her dad, James Ibori, as he turns 58 years old today August 4th. The former Delta state governor is currently serving jail term in the UK for stealing from the Delta state government and also for money laundering.
