A promising undergraduate student of Mass Communication from the University of Maiduguri, simply identified as Fatima was one of the 30 people killed by Boko Haram terrorists in an attack launched in Auno village, Borno on Sunday.

The student was burnt to death by the suspected Boko Haram millitants who also abducted many women and children in the attack which occurred while she was on her way back to school.

A Twitter user, @Idrisa_Jaedeen shared the sad news and wrote:
“She was burnt to ashes by Boko Haram in maiduguri, She was a student at the University of Maiduguri.”
