Kwande Youth Council Worldwide wish to drag the attention of Federal Government on the renewed attacks on Kwande communities by Fulani herdsmen. The attack that was witnessed last night had not less than five persons dead with tens of people wounded.
We wish to state that while there is a military presence in Adikpo, the headquarter’s of Kwande doing nothing other than extorting money from motorists, the hinterlands/ people of Turan are left without security presence to protect lives and properties.
As a matter of urgent, the council call on the deployment of the military base or camp in Adikpo to Turan to help restore peace in the area.
We appreciate Bob Tyough, member Kwande/Ushongo at the federal house for his swift response calling on the attention of the house on the killings.

The only thing I see here is dead bodies, and no culprit was arrested which left no room for anyone to say who the killers really are. They maybe the ones that killed themselves.
