Real Madrid release an official announcement to confirm Luca Jovic is diagnosed with a fracture in the right foot.

As such, the Serbian will be out for several weeks and it is unclear if he will be ready for the restart of LaLiga Santander.

Real Madrid announced the news regarding Jovic on their club website.

The 22-year-old injured himself while training at home in Madrid, after returning from Serbia earlier this week, and tests have determined this break, reports Marca.

The season couldn’t have gone worse for Jovic, who must have thought things would go far differently when he agreed to join Real Madrid just under a year ago.
