A former Nigerian lawmaker, Shehu Sani has given a rather hilarious reason why President Muhammadu Buhari opted out of his earlier announced broadcast to give update on the easing of the lockdown declared in Abuja, Lagos and Ogun.

Reacting to the botched broadcast, Sani wrote:

“Baba wanted to come out and talk to you, he peeped through the Window, instead of each of you holding a notebook and a pen, you were holding stones; and he just went back to Za living room. Return your stones from where you picked them.”
