Arsenal have been linked with a move for Atletico Madrid midfielder Partey throughout the past few months and the possibility of a transfer happening could depend on how negotiations go.

The Ghana international has been earmarked as a possible solution for the defensive issues in Arsenal’s midfield in recent seasons.

Bid to sign RB Salzburg’s talented youngster ‘well advanced’

Arsenal reportedly remain interested in signing RB Salzburg’s Dominik Szoboszlai despite increased interest from other clubs in Europe’s top five leagues.

The North London club are ‘well advanced’ in their efforts to sign the 19-year-old midfielder along with AC Milan, according to journalist Manu Lonjon.

Szoboszlai has been in electric form for the Austrian Bundesliga side this season and in particularly good form since the resumption of league fixtures.

If he is to leave this summer, he will most likely join the likes of Erling Haaland and Takumi Minamino in leaving for a major European league.

Guendouzi in contact with top European clubs

Matteo Guendouzi is reportedly in contact with several top clubs in Europe about the prospect of departing the Emirates Stadium in the next transfer window.

The 21-year-old was left out of Arteta’s matchday squad for the win over Southampton after an altercation with Brighton & Hove Albion’s Neal Maupay on the weekend.

Guendouzi is believed to be in contact with Atletico Madrid, Barcelona, Inter Milan and Paris Saint-Germain regarding the possibility of making a swift exit from North London, according to TF1, via GFFN.

The French midfielder has been at the club since a £7.2million move from Lorient in 2018 and currently has two years remaining on his contract.
