APC secretariat in Delta State padlocked, calabash with eggs, white native chalk placed at the gate (photos)

The APC Secretariat at Asaba, Delta State is locked with a padlock painted the red colour. Also, a calabash containing eggs, white native chalk tied with red cloth was found at the front gate.
